My foundation in life

I often say that You are my life,
that You are the one I live for.
But when circumstances bring me down,
I´m lost and I tremble.

I really want to build my life on You.
I want my proclamations to be true.

Jesus, You are my foundation in life.
Jesus, You are the name I cry out.
You are the rock on which I stand.
You are my everything.

I realize so often in life,
that many words come out of my mouth.
It says; You are the only one.
But when friends are leaving, I´m shaking.
